Vidu Q4 Refund Policy

What This Refund Policy Covers

This page concerns credit purchases on viduq4.net. Purchases are currently unavailable. Refund eligibility and time limits have not been set. Read the terms of service for the related account and content rules.

Refund Eligibility and Timing

No refund window is currently stated. The treatment of unused credits, failed video tasks, and duplicate charges has not been confirmed. Do not assume that refunds are automatic or available for a particular number of days.

Registration gift credits are not a confirmed refundable amount. This page does not grant a refund entitlement for those credits or state that a failed task always returns credits.

Credit Purchases

The pricing page lists credit packs and video credit rates. Review the applicable purchase and refund rules before making a payment when purchasing becomes available. A price listing does not itself confirm a completed purchase.
