Vidu Q4 Terms of Service

What These Terms Cover

These terms cover viduq4.net, an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the underlying model provider. Also read the privacy policy, refund policy, and disclaimer.

Vidu Q4 Preview Services

The current version is Vidu Q4 Preview, with Image to Video and Reference to Video modes. The Vidu Q4 homepage describes the available settings. Video generation is currently unavailable on this site.

Prohibited Content

NSFW content, adult sexual content, and sexual content involving minors are prohibited. Do not submit prohibited prompts, pictures, or other input material. Content-safety checks may reject inputs.

Uploads and Generated Videos

You must have the right to use the images, audio, and other material you upload. Supported image types are PNG, JPG, JPEG, and WebP; each uploaded file must stay within 100MB. Reference mode allows up to 12 pictures and three audio references. Audio references do not provide a voice-cloning feature.

Review any output before sharing, publishing, or delivering it. AI-generated details and movement may differ from your intention. The prompt ideas are creative suggestions, not a guarantee of a particular result.

Credits and Payments

A new registration receives 10 credits. Video credit estimates depend on the chosen resolution and length; both modes use the same per-second rates. The pricing page lists the rates and credit packs.

Purchases are currently unavailable. A confirmed credit expiry policy, generated-file retention period, and rules for failed tasks or duplicate charges have not been established for this site. Do not assume automatic refunds or a specific storage period.

Commercial Use

Commercial-use rights have not been confirmed. These terms do not grant a specific commercial license. You remain responsible for checking rights to your inputs and any intended use of an output.

Account Closure

Access may be limited for violations of these terms. Account deletion is intended to use an account action within the service; its availability and deletion scope have not been confirmed here.
